Bought a bluesy player that never worked. I went to exchange it the day after and the said they would repair it. Waited 3 weeks and they said it could not be fixed. So I wanted my money back and they said no returns. Called there corprate office and they said it's the stores issue now. So they took my money for a product that never worked.Will never stop foot or even look in the direction of a PC Richard ever again in my life. The only place I can say I HATE with a passion. If I could give them 0 stars I would give them -5.
