Terrible Management. A poorly run site with overworked employees. The Manager Tracy treats customers like garbage when want to feturn items that are defective or the wrong size. She does not know what professionalism is and makes snide remarks and passive aggressive statements. She then boasts about how long she has worked there and claims She is the ultimate management and there is no one above her that customers can complain to. She shuts people down when they want to complain. No one needs drama when shopping for baby items. it's supposed to be a warm and friendly environment not Highschool with the "cool kids" bullying the other students...in this case customers. Save your energy and money and shop elsewhere people!
